Lifting device designed for cleanroom use

[ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

The Atec lifting device (ALD) has been developed especially for clean rooms for the positioning of containers as vessels and bags. Application examples are: the exact locating of stopper vessels at a filling line with RABS or isolator technology or the positioning of API bags on formulation vessels. The lift consists of a column and two arms. The second arm is equipped with a support for holding the container, i.e. vessel, can or bag. Mechanical locks secure the container on the support. The movement of the lift is accomplished by servo motors driving worm gears. There are no belt or chain drives. The sequence of the movement is programmed for fully automatic positioning in the production mode. The movements are very precise which are required for the positioning of containers at RTP connections. Designed for operation in clean rooms, all lift surfaces are covered with polished stainless steel housing.
